Indications
  • Flexible flatfoot‌ (pediatric, adolescent, or adult).
  • Flatfoot with navicular bone disorders‌.
  • Spastic or paralytic flatfoot‌ (e.g., posterior tibial tendon dysfunction).
  • Posterior heel valgus deformities‌.
  • Subtalar joint dislocation or instability‌.
Contraindications
  • Local soft tissue damage or defects‌ (insufficient tissue coverage at the implantation site).
